Absolute Standout!!

I don’t think any review can describe the level of professionalism and awesomeness that Sarah from platinum realty displayed during my transition between real estate agents..

But I’ll give it a go...

Here’s the nutshell.. I was left in the bottom of a giant pickle jar that was the result of both property mismanagement from a previous agent and tenants that were far less than desirable. In the end, I had to perform a minor renovation to be able to let the property out again.

Sarah not only purchased that pickle jar, she literally scooped me out of it and took on the disaster that was left.. She guided me through the minefield of organising tradespeople and what exactly I needed to do with the budget I had.. (btw the trades people were amazing too!!) She even offered to take home the curtains and wash them herself!! Who does that? She does!! It’s those little attention to detail pieces and concern for what I was going through that is the standout in my mind..

Sarah was able to secure great tenants within two weeks of signing in to the agency. I was just finishing the renovation when they moved in. Sarah’s efficiency and communication is phenomenal.

I’m so happy that I messaged Sarah.. If you’re looking for a property agent, or looking to change, from my experience sometimes the bigger and well known agencies aren’t the greatest. We have a unit in Surfers Paradise and live interstate. The previous agent had indicated finding a permanent tenant would be near impossible and the unit was sitting empty, no income (Corona Virus April 2020).
We engaged Sarah as we saw that a unit within our complex was “under application” and she was the contact and the testimonials on her website were promising.
